Son of George now co proprietor of the Lakeside 

John originally from Hertfordshire has been in the travel industry for over 15 years where he was employed as a UK and Continental Coach tour driver, He then went on to run his own hotel in Torquay for 4 years.

He then moved back to Lincolnshire where he became a hotel and self catering accommodation inspector for the local hotel association in Skegness then finally went on a national grading course and spent two years as a hotel and self catering accommodation assessor ( inspector ) for East Lindsey District Council before joining us as our Manager in April 2008 

Simon is Georges nephew and has been at the Lakeside for over 6 years,

He is one of the faces you do not see so much, as he is the breakfast cook and spends much of his time in the kitchen, although you may see him servicing your rooms for you and on occasions you will see him serving behind the bar.  

Sandra is Georges niece and been at the Lakeside for the past nine years,

You will see her smiling face in the dining hall each morning when she serves you with your breakfast.

She is also in charge of housekeeping making sure your rooms are always clean and comfortable  

Started at Lakeside from school has worked his way up to head cook and does the evening meals and relief breakfast cook.

Lee puts his hand to most things in the Lakeside so you may also see him houskeeping, bar and on reception
